The Bob L. Herd Department of Petroleum Engineering in the Whitacre College of Engineering at Texas Tech University invites applications for a full-time, 12-month Instructor position to begin January 02, 2024.

Major/Essential Functions
Will teach reservoir simulation and CCUS (Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage) courses within the Department of Petroleum Engineering.

Required Qualifications

Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
Experience giving lectures and grading
Strong understanding of Reservoir Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

Industry experience
M.S. in Petroleum Engineering
